the only problem i see with this is that the picture is off balance and your attention is more drawn towards the dragons flying in the light than the battle on the balloon. from the title, i'm guessing you were aiming for the center of attention to be on the balloon battle
it's still very good, though. keep up the great work

from the His Dark Materials trilogy. i'm pretty sure this is out of the first one, towards the end. fantastic book, exhilarating scene, and AMAZING rendition of it here
