What's this? Another OC!??! It's not like I have a butt-load of those already or anything.

This is Eliya! He's an angel in charge of making heavenly deliveries and stuff. He can shoot energy from his halo and change his wings into just about anything. He's a happy little guy who loves his job as well as his boss. Life is good!

Seriously, this looks like something drew... Weird.

Backstory:

Eliya is an angel from Heaven whose duty is to deliver items, blessings, and messages to various locations around the world, and sometimes even around the multiverse itself. He is among the heavenly being who had not joined the Great Rebellion near the beginning of time, and is thus protected from dark forces with a heart more pure, good, and free of evil than human beings are capable of after the Fall.

He has a string of successful deliveries under his belt, but with the ever-increasing efforts by dark forces to prevent his delivery, he was sanctioned to utilize the power of the Seraphim Form, which multiplies his already considerable power one hundred fold. Even so, there are dark forces that even Eliya still fears. Even so, he will never disobey an order given to him from on high, no matter how terrifying a foe he is forced to face. It's not because he cannot refuse; he simply finds the very thought of it unbearable.

He loves to smile, and is a true extrovert, loving to interact with others, meeting new people, and following the instructions given to him by his boss, the big G., creator of all things.

"If you knew him like I do, you'd do anything for him too!"
