Rundown is comms officer in an elite Decepticon hunting unit. Before the war he ran a communications exchange hub in Iacon. Was responsible for the communication to and from Cybertron and its colonies out in space.
His comms division is made up of bots that used to work in the hub, spies and reconnaissance specialists.
