What do you mean by clean? A lot of people say that, I just assume they mean the lines are tidy?

Well, they look tidy, there's no smudges, it looks inked, yet it's drawn in pencil lol!

I don't think they forgot him, cause fusing was mentioned, but they never did it. I would have liked to see Gotenks a bit more grown up though, that would have been cool!
