"The Kelpie's Bride"---
The final, cohesive image for my Sci-fi/Fantasy Imagery class this semester. The parts were "Character", "Transportation", "Totem/Weapon", "Environment", and "Cohesive Image". This image has all the parts in it.
Inspired by Jethro Tull's "Kelpie" song *Malignant-Librarian 's interest in the fae world. It rubbed off on me, and so this was the final idea. There's a whole story to go with this, but I don't want to type it all up.
My first digital painting. It was difficult and I still have a long way to go, but I'm a little more confident with my skills. Only have to keep trying.

Yay it's all done! I am a fan of vertical compositions. XD I like the sense of space the trees are giving. Dulcinea's gown looks really great especially I think and you already know I'm a big fan of his tail. Congrats on your first official painting!
