Well it's a turn-based war game....
and in the game you can capture cities by making your soldiers jump on them until the city becomes your color. So that's what's going on here

I love that! Advance Wars was one of my favorite game boy advance games. I like the new one on the DS, Day of Ruins or w/e. Thats awesome.
