LOVE!! Okay so yes, in the episode of "Baileywicks day off" Greylock says that Cedric's bangs grew back funny after a greylock prank at their hexley hall reunion, BUT in the "Substitute Cedric" episode it flashes back to his days at Hexley hall when being mentored by his favorite teacher and he has the grey bangs as a child, so it's genetic my friend. Genetic.
