Description
Here is a picture that I did of the Classic version of Sonic The Hedgehog snacking on a chilidog while looking happy, which is actually based on an animated sequence of Alex Kidd from the Sega Master System game "Alex Kidd In Miracle World". Because I wasn't too busy doing anything else at the time, I was in the mood for wanting to draw a picture based on an idea that was on my mind not too long ago, which depicts Classic Sonic in a style that is a direct parody of Alex Kidd, who was Sega's original mascot during the days of the Sega Master System before he was eventually replaced with the fast blue hedgehog that we all know and love to this day. For this picture I've done, I was able to draw Classic Sonic eating a chilidog with a happy-looking expression on his face, and the image is based on the between-level cutscene sequences from "Alex Kidd In Miracle World" that depict the titular character munching on an onigiri (Japanese rice ball), which was then changed to a hamburger in the international releases of the game. When I was coloring the picture in, I was able to use a red texture for the background, and I decided to fill up much of the empty space by adding white stars in different sizes. The picture turned out very nice after being completed, and it's sure to please my friends and everyone else as well.
