You should try the style of Remedios Varos. It'd do a nice job to add the peculiar atmosphere into the picture, and she had something for cats as well it seems

Thanks for the suggestion! I've wandered into my style though over quite a few years. Hopefully it will continue to evolve but aside from the homages done (as a sort of joke) for Hopeless, Maine book three, i will probably stick with my own odd way of working.

LOVE the stylized moon!! Reminds me of Galileo's moon phase sketches of yore (but much more fantastical of course~)
Right away that character is intriguing as well...
