I remember coming across this drawing years ago, and I regret not providing any feedback on this when I had the chance. There is something serene in the imagery of centaurides laying down and resting, especially when some of them are expecting mothers.
I would like to think that she is waiting for her companion to join her in her snoozing. In one of my stories, my pregnant centauride waits for her love interest to return to her while she's expecting. Despite not being the biological father, he still has an emotional attachment to her, which eventually becomes fully reciprocated romance between the two.

I cherish you like you have no idea. I've been working on an art proposal about centaurs for a while, and the most comfortable sleep position for these amazing creatures always eluded me.

I drew a pregnant centaur mare, too. I'm working on coloring her in, but I'll have to post the line drawing and the color version so you can see her.

I love how peaceful and relaxed this is. 
The only thing that looks slightly off is the belly-button, which seems a little low, to me.
I know someone mentioned it below, but even I have to say - I really want to colour this, now XD.

Yeah now you mention it the belly button is a tad low but I guess it got there since her human belly is a bit swollen. (extra babyfat you know)

Yeah in my centaur world the mares get a baby bump on the human belly to during pregnancy which is just some extra fat. ^^

I think its great that you can create something uniquely yours, even though Centaurs have been done over and over. Having your own theories on pregnancy is just one way

Same as me. I love creating creatures, but I can't stop until I have their diet, lifestyle, behaviour patterns and especially their skeleton and biology completely formed

And I'm not sure where you are, but isn't it a legal requirement to be in school until you're 16 at least? I thought you had to do the base exams but any after that - like college courses - were the optional ones?
I know what you mean about pressure, though. For the last two years I've pretty much been strung out. There's good days, when I think I'm on top of stuff, but I haven't been properly relaxed and calm for ages.

Well I'm 24 now so I'm too "old" to go to school, but I can study up the basics if I want too. But yes I think you have to stay in school to at least 16 then it is optional...not sure, lives in Sweden btw.
But yeah I tried the last "college" years twice but it was too much pressure for me, just couldn't handle school anymore (been bullied for the first 9 years of school so <.<)

I am beyond useless with Geography, and even worse with academics, XD, so I haven't a clue about schooling in Sweden (not that I'm that great with the UK, where I am 
Sorry to hear about the bullying. I literally stuck by myself for nearly the first year and my class was really divided into 3 main groups of friends. there was bullying between the groups, but you weren't really ever on your own. I guess that made things a lot easier. No worries - college isn't for everyone. I have no idea how I've stuck with a degree this far XD
