Another RM that was from Unstable's Contest MeteorMan

MeteorMan was created by Wily for Space Combat. he can control and fling things from space mostly meteors with his device (or jewel) inside his torso. He can get the meteors to burn up like the ones that hit the atmosphere for extreme damage. In addition to controlling stray meteors he can use his own body as ammunition if he goes into orbit mode. He's bad at punctuality as he is always late. He sleeps in orbit mode.
