So...althought those posters were fakes...I've heard that the designs for the characters are somehwhat accurate. I also saw another picture online of Elsa, which was highly stylized and she was next to Cinderella...perhaps they'll add her to the princess club too? Anyway...In this picture she looked a little better....more angular and her expression was very mischeivious. And the hair and dress are growing on me...Basically I HAD to make some Elsa art or I was going to go crazy...So here you go. Hope you like it! Let's hope there's some more official images soon!

I think that's her younger sister, Anna, who is supposed to join the Disney Princess. Elsa is supposed to be the villain from what I know - so I guess she can't be a Disney Princess. Unless they've changed sth of course.
Btw, this fanart is WIN! Even if Disney's designs are somewhat... confusing.

No, this is Elsa. (As far as I know...) Disney has changed the story very much from the original source material. I don't think Elsa will be the villian of the story, she may think she is based on others opinions...but she's really a good person. And she is Anna's sister so she would, in fact be a princess. But remember, this is all purely my speculation.

I'm still not sure how I feel about her design. I was hoping she'd be older and more queen like. But I'm waiting for at least a trailer for a final opinion.

Initially I thought she should be older as well because I was only familiar with the original story, "The Snow Queen." But Disney, as they always do, have taken great liberties with the story and the Snow Queen has become much more of a rounded, relatable character. But I definetly am waiting as well for a trailer or at least some more story details.

This is the "Snow Queen"--right? If so, I'm unsure if she'll get to be added to the princess club. I know she's the villain in this movie, and generally speaking, we know what Disney does to villains in general.

Yes, Elsa is the "Snow Queen." Although in Disney's version I don't think she is going to be a "villian", more of a misunderstood individual who is affected by other opinions of her and her abilities. Also, Elsa and Anna are sisters so she is in fact a "Princess." There are even some leaked images of dolls for both characters. My guess is that the real villian is someone who wants to take over the kingdom and convinces Elsa that she is evil causing her to run away, not wanting to harm those she loves. But that's just my thinking...
