This kinda fits, Harley would be this huge thug with a hammer and Joker would be more like the version from Thrillkiller series! Maybe the Earth 11 Joker and Harley are like this?

Greatest idea ever. I could easily see this. Plus, it would make the twisted hatred between the Joker and Bats borderline on something else...there could even be a really twisted love thing going on....hence the reason he could never kill her?

I think this makes psichological sense. If you look at their relationship, you'll find this when you look beneat the surface. Harley is indeed Joker's muscle, while Joker really is a diva.
