[EDITED] version 2 ROFL sorta fixed some things that bugged me hahaFinn is a very one-track-minded country boy who only sees the Hotel of nightmares, thinks about it and walks towards it. Obsessive and insane but not meant to ever be a part of it. Will he ever give up i wonder.. haha, he's already dead though.

I'm actually VERY happy with this. Not cause i think its awsome or anything lol but, i always have images stuck in my head for weeks until i forget them but this one has to be the FIRST that i actually drew. And it's almost identical to what i had in my head.. lol!!!!
(Btw, this is a new OC, related to Hotel of Nightmares. )
Tools: pencil sketch and photoshop CS.
( PS. I'm not looking for critiques EVER. I know its not fucking perfect and i don't need to hear it from someone else. I see the mistakes. so gtfo lol )

The first thing that popped into my mind when i saw this was Luffy from the One Piece anime. You could easily draw that character since it is pretty much the spitting image of this work you made.

they're too minor to bother lol. There's one thing that bothers me that i WILL fix though.But i'll do that when time comes for printing/

To be honest with you, we all see our mistakes but only after some few hours/days which we stopped staring at the image and drawing it. And by then most people really aren't bothered to fix the mistakes, it's just a hassle. :\

well yeah, i know what you mean i guess. if you want a tip though, you can flip over the image, so it's mirrored. then it's like seeing it all over again, and you see your mistakes much more easily, and then you could still fix it without too much of a hassle. you should do it frequently when making the sketch and stuff though, so you don't realize when you're like, colouring or anything.

OMG I didn't realize how amazing you are at backgrounds until I got a good look at this D8 Just... gorgeous, and the perspective is spot on. I love how skilled you are at drawing more than just humans. Animals, plants, backgrounds, foregrounds, architecture, skies, textures... you really have the whole thing going for you, and it's quite awesome to see.
On a different note, his eyes are absolutely horrifying yet intriguing. I can't look away *A*;;; The straw hat is wonderfully rendered, and the crows atop it are wonderfully done. Their wiiings, omg~ XD
It's amazing how a single piece of art can make me absolutely starving for more regarding that character. I am very interested <3
