This is the Third Link we met back in 1998 The Hero of Time. (For my money) the 4th Link in the chain and one of if not the most famous incarnation of the hero to wield The Triforce of Courage. His story takes place at the end of the ORIGINAL timeline and at the beginning of the CHILD Timeline. His adventures in time are the reason for the three divergent paths the Zelda Timeline takes.
