Rainbow Dash takes Pinkie Pie's place in this AU and represents the Element of Laughter.

Bio: Rainbow Dash was born in Cloudsdale, but was never a good flyer. In fact, she was bullied as a filly during Flight School because of her inability to barely get off the ground. Nopony was there to stick up for her, so as a filly, she was always very sad. She didn't really find happiness in anything at all. One day, she decided to plan a surprise party for her mother's birthday. She spent a long time planning the party, and her mother was incredibly happy with the party. This changed Rainbow's demeanor and outlook on life in general and she became much happier.
One of her classmates heard about her surprise party for her mother and told her that their birthday was the next day, but their family was too busy to plan a party for them (nor did they really care). Rainbow saw this as a challenge and gladly accepted their offer. She was able to have the perfect party planned by the next day. The pony was amazed, as was everypony who had attended the party. Rainbow earned her cutie mark that day.
Rainbow moved to Ponyville when she got older and became a last-minute party planner for the ponies there.
Personality: Rainbow is super outgoing and incredibly easy to talk to. She can get really hyper and is oftentimes described as "crazy" by most of the ponies in Ponyville. When she gets excited, her wings start flapping incredibly quickly, much like a hummingbird.
Special Talent: Rainbow's cutie mark represents her love for throwing parties and how quickly she can do it. To most ponies, it's a mystery how she can plan a party in nearly ten seconds flat.
