so well, this is it finished. spent many hours on it and-haha, used some tricks for beauty-retouching for the light and corrections xDI will popp this into the werewolf-calendar-thing too^^
original file is twice as big as the one I submitted here but-oh upping the original file would have taken-like maybe a year or two oo"
I still hate doing backgrounds, RLY -__-" that's y I just-well played pure photoshop-power with filters n'stuff .__."

You know, there are aspects of this piece that I like, and some that I don't. First off, great work on that tree behind the primary subject! It feels like you're giving special emphasis to it since it's the only thing in the light part of the sky. Is that a Yggdrasil reference or something? It works well in the context of changed or renewed life. And I also like the clouds. Well done on those.
It's the primary subject where I sort of find it average. While the drawing of the fur's really well executed, I think the light sheen on his back, at least the part past the shoulder, should be coming from the other direction, since that's the only light part in the sky. Also, he looks like he'd be a little gangly if he stood up all the way. On all fours, I think his shoulders and neck would be too tall, and he looks like he's stooping. But that may just be a perspective issue. Also, the ears seem a little small.
But I do like the piece. While I'm not a huge fan of werewolves, I do appreciate anthro art, and especially so when it's mixed in with a real-life style so it looks more like wildlife than just someone's imagination. If you ever decide to draw any felines in this same style, anthro or not, I would be overjoyed. Keep up the good work!

hm, I can't help that my only anthro *being a werewolf actually^^* became a DD... Especially-cuz I am not an anthro artist, wildlife is-my favourite^
