I doodled a little sketch in my sketchbook and I bothered to digitally paint it and WOW, does it look awkward or wot. Sophia and Merry... in an alternate-universe of style, I assume. C:

Count Merry-go-round, a vampire who has tendencies towards extreme sadness and talking to either the ghost of his mother or his dead wife. After the vaguely explained death of his wife, Merry developed an extreme hatred for humanity. After that, he left most of humanity behind and entered the alternate world of Decemberville. The little girl is the first human to wander into the dimension he made his home. He made it a mission to hunt her down and get rid of her with his own two hands.

uaaaaahhhhh~ I dunno what it is about me, but I absolutely adore the way you draw mouths! Merry's snarl is particularly glorious. The teeth are pretty cool too, and not adding eyes helps add to his rage.

As wonderfully intimidating and well of a contract Merry appears in the background, my eyes are all over Sophia and the way she's been painted. How you've defined the texture of her hair and the way it falls, that her eyebrows are a much darker hue, her reddened cheeks, the light from the flashlight on the jacket... And then how it's all just a paint mess at the end making it appear as if the night is misty- by gosh I could go on and on~!
