I used to have a villain OC called Heve-Nell: two monotonous identical brothers that lived together in a single body and were able to separate like goo.
This is Heve-Nell... totally redone after 4 years.

These are the Quites: villains and rivals of Grade E! school. They live in the rival school across the street (which has yet to be named) for rich and sophisticated robotic students who are droned with etiquette and android-ness.
These two are agents of the principal of their school.

The Quites are able to separate and come together into a single body and they move quite strangely and are quite frightening, usually morphing in out of nowhere or speaking from the shadows. They have hand puppets of themselves as well. Their genders are never mentioned at all and they always laugh and speak with a period at the end of every single word, making them sound like the same robots that live at their school. They can make over a billion of themselves and there is no certain body that controls the rest.
They are usually trying to bring the school down and are feared among the students of Grade E!. Once one says the word "quite", they couldn't stop exchanging the word between each other.
That's a strange bomb they are holding (that they took out of their bodies).
The Quites are immortal and could create hallucinogenic illusions in peoples brains.

My sister said that although Grade E! is full of students and teachers that go through much conflict, she said the school itself should be enemies to another batch of villains. So then I watched Ouran High School Host Club, Raggedy Ann, and Superjail and thought up my old and unused OC Heve-Nell, therefore creating the Quites.

Their hair is light red with a black strip. Just saying.

These two freak me out.
