Description Pffffah, this took entirely too long. And there's entirely too many things wrong with it @_@ And I really would prefer to color her digitally next time, because it's a raging pain in the ass to render dark-colored characters traditionally, without losing massive amounts of detail...

Anywaaaaay.

This is Aegis, Hera Valroma's daughter.

Name: Aegis Valroma
Age: 21
Occupation: N/A (in other words, thief)
Family: Mother (Hera Valroma, 54 father (Theron Kallidas, deceased)
Markings: She wears Hera's markings (she also has her mother's gold-and-blue heterochromatic eyes, which causes her no small amount of grief)
Personality: Standoffish and reluctant to put her trust in others; not unfriendly, but tries to keep people at arm's length to avoid forming emotional bonds with them; has a... bit of a drinking problem that rears its head when she's distressed. She's also stuck with perpetual wanderlust, never staying in one place for long.
Biotics: Throw, Barrier (both generally weak, and rarely used; doesn't often have the energy to spare on such energy-intensive maneuvers)
Weapon: Combat knife, collapsible staff
Armor: N/A

Dislikes: Her mother, being stuck in one place for too long, unnecessary fighting, being held down or otherwise restrained, Cerberus and its operatives, varren, the military
Likes: Freedom, running, being able to enjoy a decent meal, drinking (...a bit too much,) high places

Background: (Briefly) Was taught various combat skill by her mother, starting at age 10; left to live on her own at 17 and has been struck with a case of wanderlust ever since. She never stays put for long, steals what she needs, and generally keeps to herself.

Aegis never joined the military, though she did threaten to when she was fifteen, in order to convince Hera to finally allow her to know exactly what happened to her father. Her mother was reluctant, but eventually relented and permitted her to see the security footage of Theron's last hours at the hands of Cerberus "researchers."

The resulting trauma left lasting scars, and hasn't faded since; Aegis has recurring vivid nightmares of the events, and even a simple mention of Cerberus is enough to put her on edge. It, and the resulting breakdown she witnessed in Hera after Theron's death, also left her reluctant to form emotional ties with others, for fear of experiencing that pain all over again.

Good job on this. Like the colors on her, and how you take into account her nature in her appearance.
