Cute picture, no sloppiness. However, the shoes are the wrong color. Everyone knows Dorothy's shoes are silver and not pink. She's also a blonde, not a redhead.
Toto, however, is cute, and doesn't appear to have any flaws in his drawing. Overall, this is a good pic, but I would just suggest some color corrections. Just saying.

Looooooove the coloring style for this. I can't help but staring at her hair! My only critique for this would be where is her other arm? It's just a pet peeve of mine that I picked up from art school when people would always give me the same question, so I try to make sure you always see at least a bit of the other arm. This is still a really beautiful piece. And the fact that it's vector is even more amazing XD
