Hi, I'm from ! I'm a sick dude, so I'm pretty biased towards this stuff: fair warning there!  I really like this concept, and your art makes it all the more appealing.  I like the cartoonish evil on the apple man's face, and the somewhat dopey expression on the dead head.  In the background, the poor scarecrow doesn't seem to know what to think of what he's seeing, and I can't say I blame him!  I really like the use of dark colors, it really makes this night scene in the barnyard look creepy and mysterious.  Your use of greens and reds works very well, and I like how the apple man stands out against the green and black background with his giant red head and evil smile.  I can't really tell what's happening to that building back there:  is that green fire?  interesting, but I think given the themes of red and green, and orange color for the fire might have worked better:  unless its green for a reason.  I like how the apple man wears a pink shirt:  it goes well with the color palette of the whole picture, but it also just seems kinda...quirky.  This fellow seems rather interesting, and I don't know if I want a backstory per se, but I'd love to know what horrors have transpired in the barnyard!  Between the fiery background and our mutant apple man, the whole scene is apocalyptic.  It's as if radiation chased people into the rural areas...only to be eaten by evil produce!  Great job on this overall!
