What's written under here is a direct copy of an RP me and tern did a few months ago.

Xanthe: Sitting on the steps of the apartment building as she so often did, waving and beaming at any gro who passed. Many smiled and waved back. Some looked bemused while others didn't seem to want to meet her eyes. Xanthe didn't mind either way. She was enjoying the warm sun on her pale fur

Ivy: She was walking though town, one wyngling in her arms, another by her side. The younger one was asleep, while the older was looking curiously around at the hustle and bustle of the small town. Ivy was worried, and it showed on her face, she hid it when her son looked her way, but it returned each time he got distracted by something or other.

Xanthe: The female would perk up as she'd see a Biped making her way through the town with two little wynglings in tow. She made certain to memorise faces, even if she wasn't great with names. And she had never seen these faces before! This was rather exciting indeed! "Hello! she chirped.

Ivy: Looking towards the source of the sound out of habit, she was surprised the wyngro whom called was actually looking at her. Quickly looking around to check if she was mistaken, but finding no other wyngrew had reacted, she smiled, and lifted a wing in a wave, due to her arms being preoccupied. "Hello yourself"

Xanthe: The wyngro giggled at the wave with the wing and skipped to her feet. "I've never seen you before! Are you new? Where'd you come from? Where you going? Can we be friends?" her tail was wagging furiously and she fluttered her wings in excitement.

Ivy: - Taken completely aback by the others excitement, Ivy shook her head before answering "I uh, Im sorry, could you repeat that? A little slower maybe? Sorry, it's been a long day"

Xanthe: She tipped her head curiously, smiling. She found it funny that this gro asked her to speak more slowly as many Gros talked at her slow as if she couldn't understand fast talking. But this gro was the opposite, maybe she didn't understand fast talking. "S'okay - are you new to town?" she asked, not exactly slower, but definitely louder.

Ivy: She smiled back, relieved that there weren't as many questions to focus on, even if she was a little loud. Looking down at the bundle in her arms to check if the volume had woken the child. It had not, so she focused again on the wyngro in front of her. "Yeah, we just arrived actually. You, uh, would happen to know somewhere we can stay for the night? I can't seem to find any, and I am pretty sure ive gotten us lost" Her ears lowered slightly in embarrassment.

Xanthe: - The female followed Ivy's gaze to the infant and she cooed in delight "hello baby!" she peered at the little one, her tail fluffing up keenly. However, she'd tear her gaze away, peering up towards the mother once more as she'd speak. "Ooo! Welcome! Welcome! You can come stay with me, of course. Before it gets all darkish and chilly"

Ivy: - Confusion swirled in her head, why would this stranger offer such a thing to someone they had just met? "What? Are you sure? We've only just met, you dont even know who we are," Was this normal around these parts? to offer room to a complete stranger?

Xanthe: - Remained smiling, bouncing lightly backwards and forwards on her toes as she waited for a response. "Yeah! There's not much room but you gots a nice comfy couch and it's not coldish or darkish at all! Sides, you don't look serial killery" she chirped.

Ivy: - She considered her options, staying with a complete stranger, or find an inn she wasn't even guaranteed to find. Making up her mind, Ivy nodded "Alright, but if we are going to stay with you, I'd like to at least know who im dealing with." straightening her back, Ivy waved her son over, "I can start. Hello, my name is Ivy, this is Calliope and Remiel" She nodded her head towards the kids, the infant still asleep, and Remi waving hello.

Xanthe: "I'm Xanthe and I stay with a roommate called Flooru. He's my bestest friend in the whole wide world, but we're not dating because he only likes boys. I like boys and girls but mostly boys, but not flooru because he's my best friend!" she babbled, pausing to take in a huge breath, her ears perking "hello Calli and Remi and Ivy! Do you need eating? I'm not a good cook, but we do have stuff"

Ivy: Ivy smiled amusedly at Xanthe. She seemed to be a rather nice if eccentric one, and Ivy would be damned to be anything less than grateful in return "We haven't had the chance to eat yet, no. If you would allow me, I could cook something. It's the least I could do to repay you"

Xanthe: "Okey dokey lokey!" The female chirped, spinning on the spot once and then performing another half turn to bounce back up the stone steps. -

And that's that.

The next day Ivy got into contact with the landlord and got the apartment opposite of Xanthe and Flooru.
