Description SX-70 and Artistic TZ

First blooms of Spring from my Amaryllis plant that I separated from its sister-bulb (as seen in Homage to Tomatoes ) and transplanted on the other side of the house.

A red stain on a green world. It's so fragile, but at the same time strong, because its presence captures the view.

I like that: "a red stain on a green world." I think it was the fragility of the blooms and the film I knew was in the camera that lead me to put them together. It's a shame my Amaryllis blooms have long since died.

You said it so beautifully and captured the image so well in words.

very nice, a few minutes ago I got this Electric Zip polaroid land camera which still works with the peel aparts... for seven dollars. Its got a zoom lens but says only 88 0r 87 film. do you think the 125 film or the 669 works with this one? I cant test it until tuesday, bye!

thank you! the Electric Zips look very cool - what color is it? Sadly, the 125 and 669 will not work in that camera as it takes only the square format films meaning 88, 87, choco 80, and the viva films. both the 125 and the 669 film formats are rectangular so it won't take them. getting 88, 87, or choco 80 films might be hard to do - especially the choco 80. but getting some viva - fresh or expired - shouldn't be too hard to do. PolaPremium has (or had) some.

would the rectangular work even if badly? ive seen square and rectangular work on the ee100 or is it the size of the pack? oh well guess ill see, the good thing about experimental photogrpahy is that we can afford incompatibilities

possibly, if you can get the film cartridge to fit in the camera. i know square and rectangular can both work in a camera like the holgaroid, or as you said, the ee100. so i think it depends on whether or not you can get the cartridge into the camera without damaging one or the other (or both). good luck with it and let me know how it goes if you do manage to get the film in there!

oh no! I just got home and the 125 doesnt fit into the electric zip pola! The thing is, it looks like it fits but it doesnt, ill verify tomorrow.

I thought that was what would happen. Even though the cartridges are similar, there are still enough differences between the rectangular and the square ones that won't allow for a rectangular cartridge to fit into a Polaroid that only takes square cartridges. That really is too bad though.

maybe some film for it will fall into your lap one day! or if The Impossible Project is successful, maybe they're make a new 80 series film for cameras that require it.
