Fantasy portrait piece~

I have a bit of an obsession with things involving fantasy, stuff that glows and colours - I just can't get enough ≧◡≦

This piece was fun to work on though I still struggle with different hairstyles and making them look somewhat decent Q^Q

Hoping to get faster at uploading things, I spend too long procrastinating... OTL
