Thanks man, you made my day!!! This one was indeed the most planned and went through many evolutions. I would like to draw more 'cleaner' like some great másters who really know how much to put on paper but i get sort of excited and keep on inventing. But like you point out the key is to have everything clearly visible no matter how much you draw. That was also for me the main objective, to keep some clarity in this drawing.
Thanks again for the wonderful praise even though i'm still learning many things.

AAAAAHHHH Now i get it(feel so stupid now )... you know this the first time i heard of automatic drawing.
I guess it could be sort of appropiate for this drawing but on the other hand i did quite alot of planning. It wasnt at all randomly done but it came out like some chãos. Also i cant claim this drawing is an expression of something floating in my subconscious. But thanks anyhow, i learnt something new...

Although automatic drawings can be considered subconscious there is an inherent structure in them because there is a fine line between the conscious and the subconscious - And that is certainly an interesting place to be in my opinion.

True enough, so you never really work in just one or just the other since the conscious is in the subconscious and the subconscious is in the conscious. Or does that sound too much like Ying Yang??

Yes I think that that definitely happens where you can have an overlapping and fall into a trancelike state.

Thank you, i feared it to be too full of stuff and chaotic(i sort of went out of control with this one) but i'm happy you liked it.

good to know.. I have a serious problem with not putting down my pen, i literally have to fill every inch of paper with ink and always add something new
Sometimes simplicity is the way ... BUT NOT IN MY CASE!!

I know how you feel. Sometimes, when I make a sketch and I'm like "done". Then, I look at it again and I'm like "no, no, I MUST add something more". So, my sketches end up overloaded with useless stuff. :/
A good solution is to take your work and hide it, so you prevent yourself from adding more on the drawing. Something else you can do, very effective, is to eat the pencil. This way, it will be impossible for you to add more on your drawing. I tried it and it worked...

Thank you for the tips, i will keep them in mind. But hey, going to the extreme off eating my pencil... well, i think i pass on that one.. Good thing it worked out for you though....
