Sorry if this question has already been asked, but Im curious to know what workflow you used for this.
My guess is that you started the base mesh in Like Maya or Max, and then once you got it to the second stage you show in the pic, you then exported it to ZBrush and did the rest there.

that's all was made in zbrush except his glasses they was made in maya base mesh here was just a cube it's not so important if u use some kind of a poly head as a basemesh or a simple cube i was using a cube only because i wanted to sculpt the head step by step from a simple form just to understand all the forms of the head

Yea I have just been getting into character modeling and Im starting to think of doing it as a career, Ive mainly been using Maya but have started looking into zBrush because the quality of work which comes out of it is amazing.

Hah really great to hear that i think characters are the most intresting part of the CG. Zbrush is great but don't abandon maya traditional polymodeling is pretty helpfull too and good luck hope to see some kickass sculpts from you

это очень клёвый видос про лепку головы, никаких объяснений, но смысл понятен и нету какой-то возьни туда сюда, нажмите то, нажмите это, кучи поэтапных заготовок и тому подобного

Good skin, there's something with the jaw/chin that bugs me. Should be flatter underneath I think since right now it looks kinda like it's about to fall down or something.
Also the adam's apple should stick out outside the neck muscles, and it starts higher up as well.
You might have to move the neck a bit backwards as well.
