Putting the fact that I love horses aside this photo is appealing for it's composition. The "patchwork" color of the horse (brown and white) is in "harmony" with the snow in the background. The snowy day is mirrored in the coat of the horse (one can look at it as that the brown color of the horse is covered with white like the white snow covers the brown soil). The photo reminds me of some of Bev. Doolittle's work. The only thing that would improve on this photo would be showing a bit more of the snow on the ground in the background.

wow, look at this image quality. Getting tured of those Nikon folks pulling the Canons down. Their D70 won't beat the image quality of the 10D or DRebel, believe me.

Thats because Nikon owners are like Porsche owners, there shit never stinks!
Now I like Porsches and Nikons, its just some owners have this stigma to them and are very biased.
Now I have owned my 10D for 8 months and NEVER had a sharpness or DOF problem what so ever with the camera. I dont understand why people make so big deals about cameras, its all about the person using the camera, not the camera
