Sorry to everyone who commented/favorited this before... it was... *dramatic* SADLY deleted.... ;___;Anyhoo, I did this in Paint instead of OC because I wanted to try a new way of shading and to make sure I still had my... magical Paint powers. XD I like how it turned out... n.n But it's so RIDICULOUSLY HUGE!!! O__O The background makes me think of ocean waves...

This is beautifull! There is only one thing I would reccomend. Lugia is a sea pokemon not a galaxy pokemon...so next time make him in the water, not in space. Awesome job though!
