Design: one of the new regional variants that would be introduced with the Ballade Island DLC for Fon. I feel like this concept has been done before, but I really like this guy. Look at him. I hadn't considered slowpoke/bro/king much until I used a Slowking in HeartGold, and then later, a Galarian Slowbro in Shield (specifically the DLC). I've come to really appreciate this evolution line, so I wanted to include it in Fon. I love the shiny for this one, he's so cute!
