Water. I think i might have used the ice colour in this image but can't be bothered to fix it.
The sea lion pokemon
Seel > Dewgong (level 34) > Dewking (level with Kings Rock)

Additional egg moves: Body Press, Body Slam, Roar, Circle Throw, Alluring Voice

Scoria: Seel are born in warmer climates before swimming back to colder waters. This gives their thick fat and insulating fur time to develop without fear of freezing.
Pumice: in order to practice breaking ice with its horn, it lies on its back and digs small holes in the sand. It is clumsy on land but graceful and swift in the water.

Design: after scrapping a number of old designs, some of them I want to brought back in spirit. I'd originally made an evolution for Dewgong called Narwahl, but it was a bland and uninteresting design so I gave it a proper concept and you'll see the results once I finish it. For now, here's lil babby Seel.
