That's awesome. You hit the nail on the head to describe all the nuances -- good and bad -- of working remotely in this crazy world we find ourselves in eight now. And the poignancy of your loneliness and missing David drove home just how some people can be even more impacted by current circumstances.

Everyone looks like a bandit or a surgeon these days outdoors.
My state has one of the worst track records with the virus. So many positive test results and a very high death rate. People just are not taking it as seriously as they should be (and listening to certain politicians here doesn't help either)!

Just stay safe. I try to limit my outdoor trips but it never works out as well as I hoped because there's always something needed at the store or pharmacy. Most people here do wear a face covering. It's the dumb kids who hangout with their friends who ignore the guidelines. Their parents must be idiots to allow that.
