It's a great show, it usually airs first in French or Spanish but you can find English dub episodes online.
Season 1 is already on dvd and season 2 is almost over.
I am catching up because I had to watch for English dubs.
My 4yr old daughter and I love the show, and she has a few action figures and plush toys. i just wish there was more merchandise out there....

Is there not a lot of merch available? I've heard it a few times so it surprises me that there isn't.. Especially with how much people seem to love it (not even just kids.. A few of my 20+ year old friends like it too) lol

There were fashion dolls and action figures, and the kwami plushes
and then a whole bunch of stuff that just had Ladybug on it like a frisbee and a glider and pull string thing but nothing really concrete. No small figures, no new action figures, hardly a damn thing featuring any of the villains.
The only action figures I got for my daughter were Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Stormy Weather. She broke the head off Stormy so many times I couldn't keep gluing it back on and had to toss it. And I wasn't really feeling the dolls but I was thinking about them, only they made Marinette, Adrien, Chloe, Ladybug and Cat Noir.
The other action figures had Chloe, Anti-Bug, Lady Wifi, and then the heroes.
But there's sooo many more characters like the classmates and everyone's akumatized form and it just feels very lacking. The ratio of Cat Noir to Ladybug is overwhelming too. Sure, I've seen pics online of other merch, but I don't see it in stores. Like, where the hell is it?
I'm 34, and my daughter is 4 and we're both fans. I've even gotten my hubby to watch it with us and he and I toss theories back and forth. Which is nice to have a physical person to talk to about it, not just rabid fans online. It's fun, it's exciting and enticing, and the love square keeps us on our toes, but I really want more to show my love for it than just the little scraps here and there in store.
