Description My own fan-characters from the game OFF.

The Pitcher and The Catcher, make up the Battery, and reside on a bonus zone in the middle of the world called The Mound.
The only true shady characters in the game, the Pitcher and Catcher are specter-like punks that roam the Zones and plunder from the weak.

The Pitcher, the calmer one of the two, is the Batter’s brother, and fierce rival. Throughout the game the Batter comes across the duo as they are caught stealing free rides on the roller coaster and jacking a poor elsen’s padillo, but is not able to defeat the duo until the very end of the game. There the Batter raids their zone and faces his brother for the last time.

Once the Pitcher and the Batter are defeated, Zacherie shows up laughing and says to the Catcher’s empty helmet, “You got what you deserved, you thieving spider!” possibly implying that the two had raided his shop at least once before, or it may be implied that he had something to do with Sugar.

The floating ball-like spheres floating around the Pitcher’s head have been noted to have teeth and bite their opponents, as well as inflict burn damage. The Catcher always direct’s the Pitcher’s next move, and is the strategist of the two. In order to defeat the Pitcher, the Catcher must be taken out first.

Thank you!

Sure thing, I would love to help!

First things first. When creating an original fan character, the most important thing to worry about is whether it's too much like an already done character, or even more powerful than the main characters of the series, aka Marie Sueitis. Or as I like to call it, Sakura-itis.
If you want to make it as powerful as a main character, you have to completely balance your new character out and make sure its completely different in comparison to the main characters of the game or show.
The first thing I noticed about you're character (whom I really like btw, you are off (haha get it, OFF XD) to a great start), is his name. Based off his standing you've made him in the game, he seems to be a lot like the Batter, with the add-ons you mentioned and even the way his name is.
Which, is not a BAD thing, but if you want your character to be more original, stray away from stuff the main character has. It's not always a bad thing, like my own OFF ocs are baseball themed, but they also have a lot of background and filling details to balance it off. (OFF hehe omg i gotta stop)
You don't have to listen to my advice, but if the Fisher was my character, heres what I'd do; I'd call him The Fisherman, instead of the Fisher. That's one step away from sounding like the Batter, plus it more clearly states what who he is. And you don't really hear people who fish being called fishers right? Mostly birds are named after that. or this Doctor at this office i know Lol
Second thing I'd do, is get rid of the add-ons. Or depending on what they are, keep them, but not call them add-ons. And I would stick to the fishing theme. Like, since he's a guy that sits around and fishes-

Hang on heres another important thing that I have to sidetrack from:
When you've really looked into the makeups of well written stories, there is a specific, I'd say, FORMAT you have to follow to balance off the world and characters in it. For example, you've got a guy traveling alone in a strange world. Depending on what he's personality is like, you add on characters to his journey in a certain way. So if he's the strong silent type, you could add on a chatty type, and develop that chatty type person a number of ways and they would be a very interesting character.
Or, you could add on another silent, maybe kind but awkward type character. This would be difficult because the two characters you have are both quiet, and would not leave for much dialog.
This is where the format comes in. Because you now have two awkward quiet people, you need to find another character to balance them out. And this can be filled a number of ways too, depending on who you have. You just have to know the types of people and how they work together.
But you also have to know their weaknesses too, and PLAY on those weaknesses, because that is what makes dynamic characters so fun and likeable. It's not that they are most like the main character or the format of the other characters, it's that they bring something different to the table. Which also means that you're character doesn't have to be super strong or another hero to become a well liked character.

BAck to your character! And where does this fit in? Well, when I said stick to the fishing theme, if your character were introduced to a new character or partner (instead of addons) they would A. have to be similarly related to the Fisher in some way (like fishing brings them together) B. they don't have to be completely sentient. For all we know the character that is paired up with him could be a specific Pedalo or a small pet of a specter he fished out of the river. Or maybe he's a good friend of the Batter, and fishes out lucktickets from the river and hands them over to him or even Zacherie, maybe that's where Zacherie obtains his wears and he pays him in specter bait!

There are just so many possibilities!! XDDD omg you've got me so excited, I really can't wait to see what you do with this character. I LOVE love his design and the idea behind him, that in itself is really original! I hope this helped you a bit XDDDD
