Baby Doll from Batman the Animated Series.This is one of my favorite episodes from the show. Even as a kid enjoyed I this one.

Her names Babydoll. She's from Batman the animated series. I can't think of the episode name off the top of my head though.

She wasn't in her right mind; She was trying to re-create the happiest time of her life and than capture them all in that moment forever (seriously, in plenty of stories I've read mentally unstable people kill and/or commit suicide in order to "stay", in a sense, within their happy moment forever).
