This is another part of my 100th villain piece I'm working on! It's Bill Cipher's unnamed henchmonster the Lava Lamp Guy from Gravity Falls! The finished 100th villain is coming soon, stay tuned...Here's some more of my art:

Fun Fact: None of the 10 Henchmaniacs, have appeared together in the series AT THE SAME TIME. Despite being a group, they never appeared together, the 10 memebers in at least one single shot.
In Weirdmageddon 1:
When Bill introduces them, Lava Lamp Guy is missing.
When Bill petrifies Ford and attacks Dipper, Paci-Fire and Amorphous Shape are missing, although Paci-Fire later appears in a shot laughing at Dipper.
When they climb to Bill's car, 8 Ball and Teeth aren't present. Bill send them to chase Dipper.
When Bill kills Time Baby, Hectorgon, 8 Ball and Teeth are absent. (Hectorgon was swallowed).
In Weirdmageddon 2:
When they dance at the beginning of the episode, Teeth is absent.
When they fly and crash, Teeth, 8 Ball, Amorphous Shape and Lava Lamp Guy are absent.
When they're injured and are subjected to Bill's rage, Keyhole, Amorphous Shape and Lava Lamp Guy are absent.
In Weirdmageddon 3:
When Bill forces them to fight againist the Shacktron, Hectorgon, Amorphous Shape and Lava Lamp Guy are absent.
When they capture the town, Kryptos, Amorphous Shape, Zanthar, Lava Lamp Guy, 8 Ball and Keyhole are absent. Kryptos appears briefly scenes later.
I'm talking of the group shots.

You're one of the few guys that notices that Bill has actuallly 10 Henchmaniacs.
Many people tend to leave him out from the group.

According to a deleted scene from Weirdmageddon 2, Bill actually calls him by his name and apparently, his name is "Lava Lamp Guy".

Regarding the Henchmaniacs:
Pyronica and Paci-Fire use their beta designs, in the storyboards, you can find them wiki.
Paci-Fire's beta name is "Demonichus"
Hectorgon was planned to be an octagon, without arms.
Teeth was planned to be like a dentury toy.
Lava Lamp Guy, as I said, Bill actually calls him by name in a deleted scene from Weirdmageddon 2: Escape From Reality. And he undergone through two designs, in both of them, he was planned to wear a fez, but was ultimately replaced.
It was planned that Bill killed 8 Ball in Weirmdageddon 2, for suggesting Partying harder to destroy the barrier.
Paci-Fire was planned to be the one who revealed Bill why they crashed and what is the barrier, meaning he's pretty smart, and he was rudely interrupted by Bill who says: "Yeah we know you finished college, you use big words, nobody cares" or something. Meaning, that we'll see more of Bill's abuse behavior towards his Henchmaniacs.
Also, when Bill interrogates his Henchmaniacs for answers, all of them, but 8 Ball and Paci-Fire look scared and concerned, like they don't want that Bill ask them, because if they give him a wrong answer, he'll kill or torture them.
There's at least 6 deleted Henchmaniacs, that didn't made it in the actual series, they're: a skull, a fat demon, a tall demon, a snake demon, a bull-like demon with a loose tongue and a muscular demon, which later Bill takes every bone from his skeleton to make himself a bone coat.
