The Universal Protection Agency has many forces at its disposal, and one of the most useful is that of the Planetary Defense Responders. They are the first line of defense, the initial barrier and for some the only hope to protect them from threats beyond their atmosphere. While they lack the full range of training and equipment that a UPA Eagle Soldier would possess, they are still highly skilled in the art of combat, disaster response and versatility. For many families across the system, it is they who embody what the UPA truly stands for.
