I never really imagined a snarling beast hiding in the closet or anything, just something lurking, which in someways is even more disturbing. Of course as a kid I probably wouldn't have thought of these exact details, but I have to put this artistic license to use.

Ah..another wonderful addition to my Nightmare fuel, fits right in besides Cthulhu, Ungoliath, nightmarish/evil depiction of Majora from the Zelda series and all those other horrors our minds come up with, I salute you for the creation of such a fabulously disturbing yet.....calming sight.

I didn't care anything about seeing the movie, don't really know much about it. But it was fun to make my own scene and it ended up being a finalist.

Wow... that's absolutely terrifying. The corrupting influence of this lurking, monstrous being... wow. Just... wow! This is one sick and twisted creation here - I'm getting nervous just looking at the thing. Just... wow. The way you designed the rest of the bedroom around it... the normalcy really helps portray the "wrongness" of the lurker here. Awesomeness all around.

She actually looks kind of beautiful to me. Maybe I have problems... XD But she looks just like I would imagine the creature in MAMA to be - something dark and frightening, but also mothering and a part of nature. Like I said, maybe I have problems. But it's a great piece!

Thank you. That was the direction I was going. I wasn't looking for a Silent Hill style monster or a masculine drooling beast. I figured I'd do something that was feminine, in a non-threatening pose, but designed in a creepy/demonic way so you really don't know exactly what her intentions are. As opposed to the certain "OMG IT WANTS TO KILL ME!" I think NOT KNOWING makes it a little more interesting.

I love the texture on her/it. The way xe is almost growing out of the closet which itself is lit by an unholy light. The window lighting too is just...so amazing.
