Thank you so much! I'd like to be but you'd have to be chosen to be that and I don't think I am anywhere near the level of Job, Peter, Paul, Matthias, or Esther.

Thank you so much! Would your group be interested in having me do features of the birds in your group, then have the group copy and paste it as an official journal of the group? They are called Tandem features.

That sounds interesting! Do you have an example that I can look at? I'm having trouble picturing how it would work.

Sorry this is so late it got burried. I'm better with notes. Offer is still on the table as well.

A Flower with many petals
A bird with many a feather
Humming Bird's Friend
The Storm they will weather
The skies begin to clear
the flowers will grow
A Sigh of Relief from the bird
Their Friendship will forever show

Baltimore Oriolle by lenslady It would probably be better to do this by note with one of the staff. The buttons on the left would be made so that they link to other features in the series and to the group itself. The staff could either choose the images they wanted or I could pick out the images from the group or it could be combined input on selection. Then I would send the code for the journal skin to the group and they would just have to paste the journal skin code into the journal coding and copy and paste the images into the journal and it would be done. Then a lot more people would see those featured and the group would get more traffic as well.

That sounds like a good idea! You can note me the journal code.
Only problem is Birds-Club no longer has a subscription, so we can't do anything fancy like what you've got in your journal.
Thank you so much for suggesting this to me!

If one of the staff members has a core membership then the journals could be posted by them and have the fancy theme.

Same but these birds the male in breeding to be percise are hard to photograph as they are so vivid that detail is lost and background is made noisy.

Thank you glad you like this. I stayed up until 9 AM to get bird photos today but only got a few. I am getting my awesome sauce feed this weekend if my mom doesn't have to work overtime and am getting 2 large bags as I always run out. This feed is my only way to steal all the birds from the neighbors feeders. Almost all of my neighbors feed birds now that I do and one or two of them have more feeders then me.

Wow...I didn't know bird feeding was that big a thing in your community! Β It's been two years since I last had one in the house my brother and I rented for college, so I've thought about buying a new one. Β All I have to do is figure out what kind of feed attracts local birds around SF.

My guess would be the same kind of bird feed you were using. I know I have tried other brands and the fruit, nut, seed mix I use is the best. They don't touch the other stuff if I get it.

it's such a treat when I see one of these guys show up to my feeder, it's very rare to see them in an open tree-less area that is my home
amazing shot by the way Β

They really like the finch seed. Last year they were the most frequent bird until winter. They've been around less lately though from what I've seen.
