Description My part of the Halloween card trade with . She asked me to draw one of her OC's. It was very much fun drawing it.

This is my first drawing with watercolours and I am very curious about your opinions. I would be very happy, if you took the time and said a few words about this piece.

Nice colors and characters, I like the way you captured them! The shading looks awesome too, it has a nice texture to it.

The colours are lovely, and the way that you've done the leave are wonderful.
Although I think it's a shame that you hid the hands in this picture. Everything else has quite a bit of detail but when you travel up to have a look at the hands and shawl, they just seem a bit flat compared to the rest of the picture.

Thank you very much for your comment! I really appreciate it. You're right about the hands, I hid them on purpose because I had the feeling that I would ruin them. One of the reasons: the fineliner that is much too thick for making linearts. But maybe this is not a real excuse ^^ Thank you again

I think the thing with hands is that they're very difficult to get them right but the more you try drawing hands, the more comfortable you'll be with them.

I love using watercolours. I started my first watercolour drawing not too long ago..It's still a work in progress though
I think you did a wonderful job! I especially like the shades of green.
