her top is from another outfit but the skirt I made myself. It's modeled after the Arcadia lolita skirt ( I figured since it was for personal and I had no plans to sell it that it would be no problem ). It was so much easier making it myself and the us exchange rate is so ridiculous *sigh*

You did a good job. I have thought about attempting to make that skirt as well. It's so cute. I like the extra lace you added to the back ruffles
