So my one of my art professors kind of challenged me to go on ahead and make the rest of the zodiac this semester in advanced printmaking. So this is the second diptych in the series. Once again, woodcut, printed on foil stamped paper. They're the same scale as the tiger and dragon diptych (18" x 40" individually).
I'm also getting way faster at carving! They took less than 40 hours to carve!

These prints are great...I think I am leaning more toward the copper foil for some reason...( it feels a bit older & warmer)
