How fun, you must be really enjoying Inktober! Having dealt with smelly diapers from my son the past few days, I can fully empathize with poor Jareth!
This is a really nice scene full of many details. Toby's nose is really well done, Jareth's expression and general stance are priceless. You've really captured Hoggle and the goblins' reactions perfectly.
I don't know whether it's the hair on Toby's head or what, but his head is out of proportion a little bit. It needs to be a bit larger with respect to his body (I think it's something like a 1:4 ratio for his age group) and the cheekbone starts a bit high for a baby.
