Very powerful emotionally and artistically!
Personally, i'd flip the photo upside down to make it more powerful in the emotion department, because it's hard for most people to understand an emotion upside down.

this is absolutely amazing, and creepy all at the same time. I saw this as I was going through your gallery and it gave me the chills, not only for the deep dark, creep effect it has, but because it was so well done!
I love the emotion that you can see in the photo altogether. What really adds to it is that you can slightly see the emotion of pain in your eyes! It a very nice effect that really helps pull the picture together.
