Totally photoshop'd most of the pic XD
The original photo is of me wearing a blue tank top, the brown pants from my fire nation katara cosplay and the arm warmers from my Pokemon Falkner cosplay Then I used photoshop to add the collar, to change the Falkner arm warmers from red and black to white and black, to add the white lines on the shirt and to add the upper armband. clearly I have too much free time on my hands XD
