Description
Something I did awhile and have been putting off submitting for awhile now. I dunno what to call them because they're not just your run of the mill assassin daggers. Held in any way the wielder wants but are most effective as shown. These particular ones are abit more garish, the blade is made of a blue crystal material carved with near laser precision, and they're lighter than regular ones, and theres a hook/blade on the underside of the hilt for some extra functions. Also, the rounded/spiked edge, I guess you could say the knuckle guard is also used for the purpose of in a sense, punching with them if mobility prohibits any sort of swinging or if you want to change the fighting up.Mmm, not much else to say besides I need help naming them and that I think they're neat.

the concept is very unique and interesting and the design is detailed and versatile, very nice! I don't know how I missed them
oh and think I these are generally referred to as trench-knives, though I could be wrong.

Those aren't daggers... they're dual blades. Daggers are knives you can throw easily, and blades and swords are not knives you can throw easily...
Plus look at the proportional size of the handle to the blade... i-it just doesn't match.

that is wrong assassin's use daggers for throwing but also for normal combat so these are still daggers

Hey, any critique is fine with me.
Though, I've never heard of that distinction before because I know of plenty of daggers/knives that can't be thrown easily. o.O' Take a look at those knives they've got in the army!

Hoho! True, but they don't have long blades the size of short swords... or spikey hand guards for that matter...
If you want it to look more like a dagger, make the handle bigger and keep the blade the way it is.

Okay! So you're right.
I suck at proportions thats why weapons always vary so greatly in size because I havent come up with some sort of way to make some sort of uniform size for my weapons. Sometimes it obvious as to what things are but othertimes its not. I guess like my Atomos weapon.. people keep thinking its an axe because of the wide, angled blade on each side and then the big gap before a small bit of blade at the bottom. The hilt is I guess appropriate for the size of the weapon but axes, especially large battle axe ones tend to have really long, hafts. Ya know?

Here, for your proportioning, just look at a mess-load of real weapons and keep trying to get the proportioning right, even if it means destroying the paper on some of the first tries.
I mean, that's what I use to do, and it drove me nuts, but I got better and it happened less and less.
It's annoying, but efficient.

Believe me, I have looked at an assload. Hell, one of my favorite places is called Higgin's Armory. It's got all kinds of arms and armor. o.O'

Haha, Thanks! I just wish I could use photoshop well enough to make them look even nicer and refine some of the lines and straighten others. It's weird because I'm good with computer but can't for the life of me figure out photoshop besides the rotation functions.
