Conceptual thingamabob for Whiteface. What started out as landscape practice (which you can see I DESPERATELY need) turned into... Whatever you want to call this. A this. That's it. I've made a this. Hoorah.
EDIT: Hooray for the hideously overused lens flare! I knew I forgot something. If enough people say that they prefer it without ze flare, I'll get rid of it. If not, it stays, because I have no taste.

This is actually pretty nice, you've got a very nice mood set here x3 It's a shame that I can't see much of the actual landscape though, hahaha, I think that since it's sunrise it should probably be more bathed in deep reds and oranges as opposed to being black x) At least near the edges.
Overall though I really like it x3 Lens flare though- kinda tacky, not going to lie. Hahaha xD; I think it's mainly just because it seems like you're using a lot of different styles of painting here-cel shading for Sasha, painterly-ness for the clouds and rocks, and then what looks more photorealistic for the lens flare.

Oh nonono, practice makes perfect, Crus, don't ever say that ! xD I'm actually about to finish a background design class that I took this quarter and I learned quite a bit, even though my landscapes painting skills are still very sub-average. But I want to get better at them, so I'm going to work at them! ...when I have the time...
Either way, you can't learn if you don't start somewhere!
