Description Feitan from Hunter x Hunter for 's birthday.

I LOVE WATERCOLORING~

I decided to experiment with colors for his hair, which is usually black. I hope it came out okay, anyway. His skin should probably be more pale, and his eyes should probably have pupils, but that's okay. He's sexy in his own right. D< And I don't mean my art. XD;

Once again, the colors are a bit different in the live version because scanning and brightness/contrast stuff can't make things look perfect.

It is a little. Back then I was using pretty much "normal" paper rather than watercolor paper, so the results weren't all that good. :3

Augh! I clicked the wrong thing when I said that! x__x Well, um, yes! You should post some watercolors. They'd be nice to see. ^^ All I know about watercoloring is layering, anyway.

Thank you very much! ^^ I wish I could figure out HOW to get colors to leak everywhere. You know, to create that neat sploochy (okay, bad imaginary adjective) effect that gets put in the background of watercolors a lot. Looking at your gallery, though, I like the watercoloring in you "Sirius" pic! ^^

Hm? Oh, that's just in my favorites. I could never do that. I use Prismacolor most of the time, but alas, I am in the absence of a scanner at the moment.


I like words. I'm more of a poet/horror writer. I'm really bad at illustrating my ideas, so I try to paint a picture with words, if you will.

And I like the word 'sploochy.'
