haha, I love the idea for this picture with the missing other part
the tears are drawn very well, I've never really tried this a lot myself but I love this visual effect of the tears bulding these BIG LUMPS OF WATER and finally streaming down. Even though it's not that realistic. Or rather, it is, just overexaggerated. Not a problem though, especially not in your style.
I lovelovelove how you colored his hair in, with just the outlines outside and the rest be formed by brush/markerstrokes 
My only critique for this would be... uh.. Draco's thumb should point down to make a convincing half-heart shape?

I've seen the big, pooling tears before in Miyazaki movies. I always thought they were weird, and almost disliked them. But the strange thing about me and the things I initially notice and dislike is that, with time, I grow to love them. It makes things difficult sometimes, but the reverse psychology is fun to notice, anyways. XD
Thanks! I was hoping to be able to make the hair look cooler, but alas, I have much to practice. XD As for the hair being darker on the bottom... I noticed that while coloring, but... did nothing about it. XD; Another one of my strange points. I'll have to remember to fix problems when I notice them. Perhaps I was rushing so much (this was done right bfore my friend's birthday party) that I found it unimportant to actually do; or perhaps I'm just making excuses. Haha! XD It's like me to notice a problem and do nothing about it. Uhh. I need... to work on that. XD;;;;
And TRUE about the thumb. I referenced my own hand, but I didn't even notice that my finger wasn't... bent right. Wow, just wow. XD; A lot of silly mistakes on this picture. I just have to remember to think more clearly, perhaps more responsibly, next time!!!

Oh I often make mistakes and then I don't care to fix them anymore. Possibly because I would further ruin the pic and just think "what the heck, let's get this over with". And in many cases, people don't even seem to notice. Proof again that the artists themselves sometimes over-concern themselves withsome things.

I don't fix things because I'm lazy, though, or I hope no one will notice. XD; I'm trying to get better at that, though. In some ways. Most of the time it's better to let the mistake go and learn from it so you can do better next time, rather than waste the time trying to fix the mistake itself.
