So how about that second episode of season 3 of The Owl House, huh?

SPOILER ALERT. Obviously.

This'll be the first of a few of these that I'll do, cause I have a LOT to say and I don't want to cram it all in a single post.

So let's talk villains first, because that's what I'm all about after all.
It's funny how Belos had the least screentime of the main characters this episode and he was still one of the more interesting ones to follow. His guilt over the death of his brother, and the dozens of Golden Guards that he's made and destroyed over the years, manifesting as these ghosts that haunt his sorry ass is really intriguing. Even more so because Hunter is still out there and we will definitely be getting a final confrontation between the two.

Also, his possession game is still on point. I was so ready to see him posses Odalia, but no, he went for the one character we actually cared about in that scene. If I wasn't so outraged I'd be impressed by the brilliance of it all. Remember, Eda's out there. And she's got short hair now. Making her look an awfull lot like the witch that seduced Caleb and who is likely a distant ancestor of her. Can't wait to see how THAT reunion goes.

And then there's the Collector who's being played like a fiddle again. If they find out what's really going on...

There's so many characters that want a piece of this guy, I honestly don't know how our final boss fight with him will go. Or who will finally get the killing blow.
We can only wait and see.
